FOR HOW LONG DOES NOYA COPENHAGEN APS STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Once you have made a purchase at Noya copenhagne and thus have transferred your personal information to us to deliver the goods, we will keep your order information in our internal ordering system for five (5) fiscal years in accordance with the Accounting Act. The order information in the internal order system will not be encrypted and will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have consented in the purchase process for your information to be used for marketing purposes for Noya Copenhagen.

This applies to both security procedures for storing personal data from the customer database and protection against abuse of the personal data of the internal employees. Noya Copenhagen always strives to protect personal information as best as possible, depending on what the current threat image looks like.

DELETION

Noya Copenhagen ApS uses and stores the personal information you have given us in connection with your purchase for up to five years in accordance with current Danish accounting legislation. In analytical tools like Google Analytics, we store information about your order- and customer-number for up to 50 months according to the framework set up for storing information in the tool. Then the information will be automatically deleted.

CONFLICTS

All conditions and conflicts that may arise in connection with the use of the Website are subject to Danish law in accordance with EU Personal Data Law.

UPDATES OF TERMS

We update our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis as EU privacy data laws evolve after May 25, 2018.
